Automotive services

Accurate diagnostics. Clear repair direction.

From no-starts and electrical faults to network communication and module concerns, we test the system before recommending parts. Service coverage is confirmed based on the vehicle, software requirements, condition, and location.

01Advanced diagnostics

Root-cause testing for difficult, intermittent, or unresolved vehicle concerns.

  • No-crank, crank/no-start, start-and-stall
  • Check-engine and warning-light diagnosis
  • Intermittent faults and repeat failures
  • Engine and transmission control-system concerns
  • Signal and waveform testing for sensors and actuators
  • Pre-purchase electronic system evaluation by request

02Electrical & wiring

Professional circuit testing to locate faults that may not be visible during a basic inspection.

  • Power and ground integrity
  • Voltage-drop and loaded-circuit testing
  • Wiring, terminal, connector, fuse, and relay faults
  • Short-to-power, short-to-ground, and open circuits
  • Sensor reference, signal, and return circuits
  • Body electrical concerns such as locks and windows

03Vehicle network diagnosis

Testing of the communication networks that connect the vehicle’s control modules.

  • CAN and LIN bus integrity
  • U-codes and module communication failures
  • Gateway and wake-up concerns
  • Bus shorts, termination, and signal-quality problems
  • Module sleep/wake and battery-drain interaction
  • Post-collision network concerns

04Programming & module services

OEM-supported programming and setup procedures for compatible vehicles and modules.

  • OEM/J2534 software updates and reflashing
  • Replacement ECU/PCM/TCM/BCM setup
  • Configuration, initialization, and relearns
  • Programming prerequisite diagnosis
  • Failed-programming or recovery evaluation
  • Used-module compatibility review

05Battery, starting & charging

Testing of battery condition, current draw, starting circuits, charging output, and power stability.

  • Battery condition and state-of-charge checks
  • Parasitic battery-drain diagnosis
  • Starter control and high-current circuit testing
  • Alternator output and control testing
  • Voltage stability for module programming
  • Remote-start versus push-button-start concerns

06Targeted repairs

Selected repairs related to the diagnosed concern and approved work.

  • Wiring, terminals, pigtails, and connectors
  • Grounds, fuses, relays, sensors, and actuators
  • Starters, alternators, batteries, and select accessories
  • Selected small mechanical repairs
  • Post-repair scan and functional verification
  • Referral for work outside mobile capability
What your diagnostic appointment includes: Professional testing and analysis focused on the reported concern. Some cases require additional testing, parts, software access, travel, or a return visit; those next steps are discussed before work continues.

Starting diagnostic service

Know the starting scope before the appointment.

Mobile diagnostic appointments generally start at $150. Before scheduling, we confirm the vehicle concern, location, starting test plan, and any specialized software or programming requirements.

  • Travel and the initial diagnostic scope are confirmed before scheduling.
  • Additional testing is discussed and approved before work continues.
  • Any required OEM subscriptions, security access, tokens, or programming fees are identified when possible.
  • Customer-supplied modules are reviewed for compatibility and condition before programming.

Before requesting service

  • Provide the VIN when available, especially for programming or module work.
  • Describe exactly what the vehicle does, when the concern occurs, and whether it is currently operating.
  • List recent repairs, parts replaced, jump-starts, programming, collision work, and aftermarket accessories.
  • Make sure the vehicle is safely accessible and authorized for service at the location.

Frequently asked

Service questions

Do you offer code scans?

We provide diagnostic testing rather than code retrieval alone. Diagnostic trouble codes are used as a starting point, then the related system and circuits are tested to identify the cause.

Can every module be programmed?

Programming coverage is confirmed before scheduling. Availability depends on manufacturer access, model year, module condition, software support, security requirements, network health, and correct part compatibility.

Can you program a customer-supplied module?

In many cases, yes. The module must first be reviewed for part-number compatibility, condition, stored vehicle data, and programming requirements. Any evaluation or diagnostic charges are explained before work begins.

What types of repairs do you perform?

We focus on advanced diagnostics, electrical repair, network faults, programming, and selected small mechanical repairs. Larger repairs can be referred to a qualified repair shop.

Do you provide repair-shop support?

Yes. Mobile sublet diagnostic, electrical, network, and programming support is available for independent repair shops, collision facilities, used-car dealers, accessory installers, and other automotive businesses.
