Website and service terms

These terms apply to use of the 5volts.ace LLC website and service-request form. Actual work may also be covered by a written estimate, work order, invoice, authorization, warranty, or shop-partner agreement.

Website information

Website information describes our services but is not a vehicle diagnosis, repair instruction, guaranteed price, or confirmed appointment. Service availability depends on the vehicle, requested work, location, equipment, and software access.

Service requests

Submitting a form or message begins the service-review process. An appointment is confirmed after 5volts.ace agrees to the date, location, starting scope, price, and vehicle-access conditions.

Diagnostic services

Diagnostic charges cover professional time, travel when included, equipment use, service information, testing, and analysis. Some concerns require more than one visit, additional testing, disassembly, or repair work. Any additional work is handled through the applicable authorization or work order.

Programming and modules

Programming requires a stable vehicle power supply, working network communication, compatible parts, manufacturer access, required security credentials, and available software coverage. Customer- or shop-supplied modules are reviewed for compatibility and condition, but successful programming cannot be guaranteed when a part contains prior vehicle data, internal damage, or other restrictions. Evaluation and setup charges may still apply when programming prerequisites are not met.

Vehicle access and safety

The person requesting service must have authority to approve work on the vehicle and provide an accurate location, safe access, adequate working space, and notice of any hazards. Service may be postponed or stopped when the location or vehicle cannot be serviced safely.

Pricing

Published prices are starting rates. The final amount may change based on travel, vehicle condition, diagnostic time, software access, subscriptions, security fees, parts, taxes, after-hours service, disassembly, towing, or additional testing. Charges are confirmed through the estimate or service authorization.

B2B assignments

For repair-shop assignments, findings, recommendations, and authorization needs are communicated through the shop’s designated contact unless another arrangement is agreed to in writing.

Intellectual property

The site design, logo, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by 5volts.ace LLC or used with permission and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

Manufacturer portals, software providers, parts suppliers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms. Their availability, policies, pricing, and compatibility requirements may affect service.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided as available and may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, 5volts.ace is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of the website. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be revised by posting an updated version. Georgia law governs these website terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another law is required.
